Writing a Blog Post with Unique Content (Here’s an Example)

Welcome!

This is an example of a blog post with 100% unique and original content. It includes simple tips to help you create something just as original—or even better.

So, what are we waiting for? Go ahead and start reading, and let’s make your blog posts shine!

Why Write Unique Blog Posts?

Before, if you knew SEO, getting people to read your blog was easy. You’d just publish an SEO-optimized post—whether it was unique, general, or even recycled—and the traffic would roll in on its own.

Today, it still works, but things are starting to change—and they’re changing really fast, thanks to AI.

As AI gets better at answering general knowledge questions, more people are using it to find information.

There’s no doubt about it. AI is fast, direct, and pretty much spoon-feeds information.

Because of this, blogs are quickly losing relevance. And with that loss of relevance comes a drop in traffic—the very thing that keeps blogs alive.

While AI is a big threat to bloggers like me, I see it more as a change we need to adapt to.

We have to move beyond just writing informational content and focus on creating original, unique, and human-driven content. That’s the kind of content AI can’t truly replicate, and it’s what people will eventually crave.

I’m optimistic about it, and I believe it’s what will keep blogs relevant and bloggers thriving.

Where is The Ultimate Source of Unique Content for Our Blog?

When I first heard about publishing blog posts with unique, original value, I felt a bit intimidated.

It seemed like I’d need an IQ of 100+ or a very sharp mind to create something like that. But eventually, I realized it’s actually easier—easier than just researching and repeating what’s already out there.

Why? Because unique value is something we all have. Our real-life experiences, personal stories, expert opinions, fresh perspectives, and ethical judgment are just a few of the unique things we can share online.

Especially when blogging personal experiences—it’s really easy—thoughts just flow from the mind to your fingertips! From what I’ve found, writing about my personal experiences is actually really enjoyable because it feels like a way to express myself.

You can check out my post about my first trip to the mountains to see how I shared unique value from my own experience.

But here’s a quick overview: it’s a 3-day itinerary to Sagada, a remote mountain village in our country, where I talk about the tough, beautiful, and life-changing moments from the trip.

I bet you won’t find another itinerary like mine anywhere else on the internet!

Even though other bad actors and AI can copy or suggest the same itinerary and events I mentioned in that post, I’m 100% sure they can’t match what I’ve shared. Good luck trying to copy my face, my heartfelt story, and my personal tips!

What Unique Content to Share?

Knowing that my experiences, opinions, and judgment are valuable and can work to my advantage, I’m motivated to share more. Ha! There’s no stopping now.

However, it’s important to remember: the real reason we share our personal experiences is to make a difference for our readers.

As much as possible, highlight the lessons that readers can apply directly to their everyday lives. Share the tips we’ve learned from our own personal experiences. Ask the questions that have been on our mind to raise awareness.

Let’s treat our readers like our friends asking for help and give them honest answers to any questions they might have as we share things about us.

How to Deliver More Value and Shine with Uniqueness?

Actually, there’s one more thing we can do to make our blog post stand out, add more value for readers, and beat any AI content—use visuals!

We don’t forget to include REAL pictures, videos, infographics, or even GIFs in our blog posts. Of course, no AI-generated visuals. We don’t want that!

Not only do these visuals show there’s a real person behind the content, but they also help explain things much faster than just text.

When readers learn faster, they save time, which is the extra value we provide by using visuals to share information.

Let’s think about pictures first. They save readers a few minutes compared to reading a 5-sentence description just to get an idea of what a product or place looks like.

How about videos? In just 15 seconds, they can deliver the same message a 3-paragraph story might take.

Infographics? I love them because they can show relationships between elements, action flow, and more—all in a single glance.

And GIFs? They’re one of the best ways to express emotions without readers needing to read a sentence or look up a word like “ecstatic” or “exasperated.” Remember those table-flip GIFs on X/Twitter or any messaging app? Yep, that! Haha!

But how can these visuals really provide unique value?

Creativity is the key—give readers what they want, but make it your own. Add an inspirational twist or throw in some entertainment—anything that makes the visual feel personal and full of human touch!

Never underestimate the power of human connection we bring through creativity!
